I received a message a couple of days after ordering this item that it was out of stock with Amazon. I was refunded promptly, because I was working through Amazon. I saw it on Ebay (working directly with the company) for less, and thought perhaps they may have some. I have dealt with TCP before, and in the past, their customer service was non existent, and maybe it is the luck of the draw, but 3 of the 5 ordered items have been less than stellar experiences.Stock issues occur, and I do not believe in becoming irate and abusive because I don't get what I want (I am a customer service representative). And I do appreciate that when I communicate with a company, I get a response. I commend TCP on fixing this issue. In previous experiences I received no reply. (air compressor did not work, bottles of airbrush cake color missing from box) Regarding today's concern, I received a reply to both email sent, promptly, and the representative did answer the question, and subsequently address the issue. Good Job!The issue is only that this company still needs to work harder on some of their issues with quality control, refunds for unavailable items, updating stock data in search engines (found it available to order on 4 different engines. Could be ordered and debited) Perhaps if this did not occur so close to Christmas, the issue would not motivate me to comment. I was refunded after the second email. Good Job!
