I have looked for ways to make croissants more efficiently and this tool is one of them. After rolling out the dough it takes 30 seconds to cut them. My students love it!

I bought this product cause it was in my price range. I was hoping it would speed the process up... which it kinda did. It was a little bent when I took it out of the box. It doesn't cut all the way through. You have to go over your cuts again with a pastry cutter. But it is kinda nice to at least have lines to go from. Works okay. If you don't want to break the bank buy this. If you have a bunch of money maybe buy one of the higher end $180 models. If you have unlimited money, buy a pastry chef and watch them make you personal croissants! :)
