I have long wanted to get a Xikar cigar cutter. And now that I have it I wonder why I waited so long. The Xi cigar cutter from Xikar is both flawless and precise in it's operation. I can see many years of quality cigar cutting with my Xi, especially with the manufacturers lifetime warranty. How can you go wrong.

I love the scissor method of this cutter. It's my second one..but, they're just o.k.....they're not heavy bladed and after a while one side will stick..i made the mistake of oiling it and that caused tobacco to stick to the blades which was a p.i.a! Then the spring in the lock flew out and i had to perform some surgery on it to fix it. I was stupid enough to buy another one because the regular cutters suck too...but these are more ergonomic in my opinion...On a side note, right before the second one got delivered I tried a punch for the first time and fell in love with that method...haven't used this cutter since..like the punch way better.
