Not Getting Any Younger

The product description indicates that the assortment isn't necessarily exactly as pictured but I expected the number of items would at least be the same. I don't mind that the colors vary but there were only 12 items instead of 16 as pictured. If the picture shows an incorrect count, the description should at least indicate that.
