I bought this product after reading that the copper versions of the Eiffel Tower cookie cutter were lopsided or uneven. This item was perfectly symmetrical and sturdy to work with. It produced beautiful cookies and it even came with a recipe which was delicious and easy to follow. The dough came out of the cutter easily (after being chilled in the fridge as required) and produced a solid cookie which could be decorated and yet tasted great. Exactly what I wanted, plus the sellers sent along a nice paper napkin with French design and a kind note thanking me for my purchase. Great price too. I am going to buy more to give as gifts to friends.
